Good Morning Yoga Sequence–ANYONE Can Do This!

I thought I was getting enough exercise between the family hiking jaunts and my run/walks, but I apparently forgot that cardio isn’t enough.

I bent over to pick up one of Zoe’s toys and I made an “old lady noise” on the way back up.  Yes.  I grunted.
