I’m not saying “don’t eat it!!” Because we both know I certainly am planning to. But the chart’s good incentive to decide what’s really worth putting in your mouth. I have done an 8 mile run with a smile on my face after eating this sugar and bruschetta masterpiece from Les Madeliene’s Bakery. Because it was worth every step.
