The 24 Superfoods That Will Keep You Young

I’m big on visual aids.  If there’s a pointed reminder, I’m much more likely to do it.

How about you?  Nutritionists are beginning to think about the connection between nutrition and aging in a different way: foods found to be plentiful in crucial amino acids and nutrient combinations can slow the speed of aging and reverse years of negative affects from eating badly.

Start small: make it a goal to eat AT LEAST ONE serving of all 24 of these foods every week.   If you can graduate to 2 servings, so much the better.
